Portraits are finished within 3 weeks from booking.
WHAT PROGRAMS ARE USED?
See Thru Nikki uses two software programs, Procreate and Adobe Illustrator.
HOW MANY PEOPLE CAN I HAVE IN ONE PORTRAIT?
See Thru Nikki portraits can range from one up to twelve people per portrait.
WHAT FILES ARE INCLUDED WITH PORTRAIT PURCHASE?
All See Thru Nikki files are saved in JPEG format. PNG formats are available as well.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I LOSE MY PORTRAIT'S FILE?
Once the portrait is received to the client, it is the client's FULL responsibility to keep the portrait in a safe place where it won't be lost, removed, or deleted.
I WANT MY PORTRAIT DELIVERED EARLIER THAN 2 WEEKS, CAN I PAY TO RECEIVE SOONER?
See Thru Nikki services do not include or provide rush fees of any kind.
WHEN DO CLIENT'S SEND PAYMENT?
All clients are required to send full payment PRIOR to work.
CAN I RECEIVE REFINEMENTS ONCE PORTRAIT IS DELIVERED?
See Thru Nikki does not provide any kind of refinements, revisions, or edits once final draft of the portrait is received by client.
ARE REFUNDS AVAILABLE?
See Thru Nikki does not provide refunds of any kind.
IS THE PORTRAIT FULLY MINE ONCE I PURCHASED/RECEIVED IT?
The client has no ownership or rights to See Thru Nikki artwork. Only See Thru Nikki has ownership and rights to artwork unless there is a legal agreement/contact involved where See Thru Nikki gives specific permission/usage rights to client.

WHY IS MY PORTRAIT NOT PUBLISHED ON SEE THRU NIKKI SOCIAL MEDIA?
All See Thru Nikki portraits are posted and displayed randomly via social media. We do not specifically pick and choose who the portraits are of, but rather what colors match our social media theme.
